What is the return policy?

If you wish to return your item(s), please contact us at rubaofficial.ie@outlook.com within 14 days of reciving your order. All items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all labels attached. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide further instructions.

Are returns refundable or exchange only?

We offer both refunds and exchanges. If you would prefer an exchange or replacement, we will happily arrange this subject to stock and the product must be unworn, unused and labels must be attached. If the requested item is in stock, your exchange will be sent out with no additional cost. If the item is no longer available, your return will be processed as a refund instead.

Who covers return postage?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that a small charge may apply when returning your shipment to cover postage.

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns can take between 7-14 working days to be received, inspected, and processed once they arrive back to us. You will received a confirmation email once your refund, exchange, or replacement has been processed. If you have not received a confirmation within 10 working days, please contact us at rubaofficial.ie@outlook.com and we will be happy to help.

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping is provided to orders within Ireland. For orders going to the UK and other countries shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

United Kingdom 2-4 working days

For orders to the UK and other international destinations shipping costs will be calculated at check out based on your location and selected delivery method. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

How can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, it may be processed, packed, and labeled shorly after confirmation. For this reason, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been processed.
